Gyoza at Sushi Kuni are made the traditional way — a thin dough wrapper filled with a savoury pork and vegetable mixture, then pan-fried to create a crisp, golden sear on the bottom while the top stays tender and steamed. Served with a house dipping sauce, five pieces per order.
